I'd like to add a vertical column of social bookmarks just to the left of the Quick Reply box.

Which template and what should I edit so I can stack these icons in the blue shaded area, just to the left of Quick Reply:

I am running vBulletin 3.8.6 if matters.

Quick Reply is in showthread but that's going to be a very difficult edit to make, you got a a lot of elements going on there.
