Accent problems after upgrade

Hello!

I just upgraded to 4.0.8 and some but not all of my posts have now an accent problem.

For example, "á" turned into "á" while "ã" turned into "ã"

I wonder what did that and why it didn't happen to all posts?

My forum is in Portuguese, and every post has at least one accent.
