Board Optimization - Remove unnecessary queries from search results pages

Subject says it all

This is basically a workaround for VBIV-9907

Note
If you are using custom code/Add-ons to display avatars on search results pages this Add-on might cause side-effects.

Right, this mod is for 4.0.8, but my question was asking whether or not such a redundancy might also exist in vB3 (doesn't sound like it).

Not applicable, the code that causes the unnecessary queries was introduced in 4.0.4
