I was wondering how i can create a subdomain for my blog and forum.

For example, when people type "blog.yourwebsite.com" it would reach the "yourwebsite.com/blog.php"

I know how to do this if blog and forum were in their own folder directory. But, not sure how to do this with vbulletin placing them both in a common directory. Or if i move them to seperate directors, how might this impact my forum?

you cant move contents of folder "blog" to anywhere else just like this , my guess is you can use .htaccess in order to define rewrite rules
