Help me with my new navigation

Hello,

The navbar style is very confusing for me. There is too much going on. I am reworking the whole template to make it easy to update in the future. I want to display the same pages on the navbar to both members and non-members. The links on my navbar are going to custom pages. EG: /about/

Can someone please give me example code of how this can be accomplished. I would also like for you to integrate the "sub-nav-bar-links" if possible and/or one dropdown.
