How can i change the color of these, [MORBID BLUE]

Hey guys, i was trying to improve the look of my theme Morbid Blue, and i have vBAdvanced installed and the portal doesnt have the same colored bars as the for does. Heres pictures of what i mean. Any help is appreciated Thanks !

Thanks lynne, but I noticed the other themes change the color of the bars, so im pretty sure it has something to do with the theme.

But since it is a vbadvanced page, I know nothing about the classes used or what stylevars they use. So, like I said, the best place to ask is over there since they do know that information.
