As an admin of my forums, there are times when I notice someone is online who I'd like to get the attention of before they wonder off again (often to speak on TeamSpeak about an important matter). We have a chatbox, and of course there's PMs, but it's not always visible before they then move off.

Is it possible to create a mod with a "nudge" function? In my case I'd restrict it for admin use, but by nudging a forum member, it would force a pop up on their screen with a short message from the admin.

I did a search, and I didn't see anything relevant to this, so my apologies if this has been brought up before.
Anyway, just tossing the idea out there.
