I'm wondering if there can be a way to make a plugin so that the following will result from it:
Basically, I want to make it so that a panel or block shows up on my forum index and it will show two textboxes/columns side by side. The left column will show a list of games that have key codes available for them and when you click on a game you want, a key code will pop up on the right column for every unique user. So it will be 1 key code per unique forum user. In the backend, the plugin will allow me to submit the game whose key codes I want to put in and then it will allow me to put in all of the key codes that will be given out for that particular game. For instance, I could put in "Perfect World" as the game name and then put in 1,500 key codes to be given out for that game. So each time, a user clicks on that game in the panel, the plugin will be like "ok, this user wants a key code for the game, Perfect World" and it looks up Perfect World in the database and then says "ok, we will give this user a key code" and it will output a key code for that user stored in the database on to the panel. And when all of the key codes are gone, the plugin will be like "ok, there are no more key codes available" and it will output "No keys available for this game" in the right column for the game selected. The panel will look like this: Column 1 Column 2 Game: Key Code to use for <Game that was selected>: Game 1 1234abcdefg Game 2 Game 3 Is there a way to do this sort of plugin? I'm managing an MMO Community site and am doing game promotions so I am giving away lots of keys for new games for users to have a chance to play and test out. |
