How to edit $bburl manually?

I set up a test site with 3.7.3 to upgrade to v4, but $bburl is making the test site address redirect back to the live forums. I need to edit $bburl manually so it will no longer redirect, but I can't find where to do this. Anyone?

Did you look at vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details > Forum URL ?

In the database, it is also in the datastore table (title=options - you shouldn't edit this directly unless you understand the syntax). And, if you have your config file set up to you datastore_cache, then it is in that file also in your includes/datastore directory.

I cannot access the Admin CP. It forwards to the live site.
