I just reinstalled windows a couple weeks ago, and I use WL mail and Messenger.

When I try to sign into messenger it tries to connect then simply pops back to the username and password screen.

When trying to use WL Mail, trying to login to the live account/aspect of it makes it crash with a "sorry an error occurred" message with no info.

if mail is open and I try to sign into messenger it will crash mail also.

anyone else having/had these problems?

in the last days it was really complicated to login, yes... same on mail.yahoo...

I use Trillian, and I dont recall it complaining about logging into MSN, assuming thats the same thing, never really sure these days.

when you log into your Hotmail account, if the system itself is unable to connect to "Live", a yellow alert is popping up on top of your emailer display to tell you the fact... strange that even Microsoft is unable to connect to itself... rofl

I can login to hotmail through hotmail.com but when I try to login to my hotmail (LIVE) account through windows live mail it crashes the program.

I can still login through the web, and I can access xbox live without issues. I can use the old windows messenger and login, but every time I do I keeps asking me to add all my contacts again.

I've tried contact MS, but I've heard nothing from them.....too big for one person I guess.
