Getting an odd permissions error when nothing has changed.

Hello everyone,

Wondering if someone can shad some insight on to this error I'm getting:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forums/admincp/usertools.php on this server.

I get the error when I try and add a signature image to a user via the Admin CP. I've not made any changes to my site in about a week and this function was working just 2-3 days ago. Everything else works in the Admin CP... I can even run queries still.

Could this be something my host changed by chance?

It seems to have cleared up on it's own... so I'm guessing it was a server issue that got worked out.

Alright, looks like I spoke to soon. I can change a signature image for someone that I already gave one to days ago, but I can't give anyone a new one.

For some reason it did not like the image or the image name that I was trying to give the user. I created a new image and renamed it and it started working. Weird.
