I would like to integrate:

Into my forums.

They seem to have some widgets like:

I would like to have that so users can link in their daily mile widget into either their signature OR their profile.

I think all that it would take is to add that widget code and create a variable that is an option in their profile.

If they set that option then the widget would be included in their profile.

Wants me to login; so I can't check exactly but my advice would be to just figure out what the dynamic part is (somewhere there will be a userid variable of some form to identify the user who's data to return) and have it as a custom bbcode. Then someone can post [dailymile]<their unique id>[/dailymile] and have it automatically converted anywhere bbcode is enabled.

That is exactly what I want to do .... how can I do that ?

The dynamic part is simple. I already have that.
