Store individual Notes on Users

Hi
Is there some Mod that lets me do the following:

Each user is able to store Information to another user by clicking on the name of the other user.
Kind of like notes or a notepad.

If not on individual users, maybe an notebook as a widget for the forum sidebar...

Thanks and BR
Tahooma
