Ban Feature Not Keeping User Banned

I have banned several users but when I go back the next day and look in the ban list no one is in the list. Do I need to check something to keep them banned? When I ban them I am setting them as banned forever from the admin page. Thanks in advance for the help!

Sounds like another admin is ubanning them.
