What's thede parts of the forum called in 'Edit Template'?

Red arrow: What is this called?
Oragne arrow: How do you change what's in the menu? Manually? Also.. What's the name of this part?

everything is in the "navbar" template

the red part is named breadcrumb in the template...

the yellow part is based on menus

The yellow part.. I still don't know.. How do i remove/add stuff to it? Do i need to do it manually in a file or is there a page?

You edit the HTML in the navbar template... Look for the code for something like "FAQ" and copy it, changing the word "FAQ" and link url to suit your needs.
