I have a question, what is the different between primary and secondary usergroup? what is the advantage and disadvantage of each?

I have a question more .. there are various of Mods, with which you can paid the subscribtion (with paypal or with activity points).

So, if a user buy such an option and the user will have a new secondary usergroup, will he/she after the duration that this paid subscribtion is base on being deleted/move from this secondary usergroup?

This is automatical, if a user buy the paid subscribtion over the "paid subscribtion"-option in usercp. But what if he/she buy it with the MODs? Or does it depend on the MOD?
