Centering Background image?

I am trying to find a way to have the background image for the site centred rather than justified to the left. Could someone tell me how I do this or where?

What I am trying to do is use a 1900 x 1200 image as the background but have it centred so the middle part of the background image will be visible whatever the resolution you are using.....

any ideas how?
