Question CMS inserting image

Hi

I searched for this answer on here and Google it. No luck.

When I go to post and article and I won't to insert and image in the article I use the img button in the WYSIWYG the only thing that pops up is the insert html to the image box. How to I get the download box like in this video to come up.

Also I tried the attach attachments but cannot get the picture into the post that way either.

Never mind. I found the issue. It will not work with Google Chrome for me but will work with IE. I always use chrome, but will use IE when writing articles.
