anyway i wanted to knw is there any chance tht i cud decrease the width of attachments???
please help me out here

You may change the allowed size of attachments in the Attachment Manager.

but im not able to resize the torrent attachments so any idea why....

Resize torrent attachments? Those aren't images, so I don't understand that comment at all.
