Suddenly when try to access my vbulletin forum (vb 4.0.6 ) i get the following message although it was working very good before that

You don't have permission to access /vb/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

also i run PHP video library on the same domain and work fine without any problem the problem appears only when try to access the forum

Chexk in your webserver errorlog, or ask your host to do this.

Did you change any of the URL settings in 4.0.6?
It sounds like a misplaced .htaccess file or the file isn't on the server.
