Looking for a style creator

I've been looking for a style creator. As in a 3rd party stand alone program that lets you build styles for vb 4.0. Is there anything like that out there? If not how do all of the free skin sites get the styles? making each one by hand can't be that efficient.

so those style sites that have 100's of styles, they are all hand coded? With vb having been around a while i would have thought there was something out there by now

Yeah you would think something like http://www.artisteer.com/ would have created something but they want no part of it.

I'm not looking for someone to make a style rather I'm looking for a program that can

I'm not aware of anything like that at all.

There is a style generator in vBulletin 4, however all this does is change some colours.

I just use a combination of CSS editing and stylevars to style my forum.
