Default user convert to guest !!
one of our users, suddenly turn into guest! he can't sign in and as the result he doesn't have the possibilities of members. how can we fix it?

most likely because you deleted him off the actual forums .__.

Something must have triggured his account deletion. What was the lastest modification you did to your forum prior to getting that?

You can have that user re-register and then assign back his/her posts and threads.
