What is this gallery?

Hello everyone!

I have searched all over, and I can't seem to find what code/plugin or mod a website is using.
I would like to (if possible) run that "gallery plugin" on my forums.

I'm interested in the scrolling picture with "intro text" on top, visible on the top, and the left.

Any ideas? Thoughts?
