How to recreate this template?

Hello, vBulletin Members!

I'm trying to recreate a template based off of my old site, which used Geeklog instead of vBulletin. Now that I have vBulletin, I'm asking for your help. I can't recreate it perfectly, so I am having a lot of trouble, especially with the background.

This is what I'm trying to put into the HTML for the StyleVar for doc_background.

However, I do not know anything about CSS. What would this be in HTML?
