Adding another column on the right side of profile

Ive seen it done in a few forums, but I cant find anything that shows me how to do it

Basically, there are a lot of profile material on the left side and its becoming very long. I wish to have a column on the right side of the visitor messages that I can place things like the album, friends, or anything else I wish to add.

Help?
