Mandatory Facebook Connect registration

Hello,

We're currently running a facebook application and a vbulletin board for the users of the facebook application.

Since all our users come from facebook, we would like to disable the traditional registration/login and have users only able to log in by facebook connect.

Currently facebook connect works fine, so it would just be a matter of getting rid of/hiding the registration pages.

What would be the best way of doing this?
