Im looking for a Addon that will act like ive described below

+- Shop System
- Item Displayed for $XX.XX
- Order Item > Pay Via Paypal,Clickbank & What not
- Send Address to ship to
- PM Sent

Is there a mod like this ? or one that can be made? How much would somthing like this cost me ?

I don't know. But there are only two Classifieds mods that may come close that you may want to investigate. Photopost Classifieds and MicroClassifieds.

vbcover.com has one that is integrated in vbulletin. I use wordpress as my front end and then use a digital shop that ties into WP.
