I just promoated a member to Administrator.

Unfortunately he doesn't have access to the admin panel. I just switched from phpbb so I am not clear on how to give him access to the admin panel I assumed once I promote him to administrator he'd get access automatically.

What do I need to do so he can have full access??

Check on Usergroup Permissions.

You put him in the Administrator usergroup? Did you also check Usergroups > Administrator Permissions ?
