still getting spammed

I am using 3.8.0. I have implemented recapture, and also put in a manual drop down that has to be done when a person signs up and are still getting spammed each day. Does anyone have a good way to stop the spam.......

Ya same problem goes for me, I have enabled Human Verification - ReCaptcha, Image, Question & Answer.. Still they are able to spam !!!!!!!!

Or keep unique questions in the Question & Answer under Human Verification.

The only way is to enable Verify Mail. or Install NoSpam! Modification.
