4.05 upgrade /500 Internal Server error HELP!

Hello,

I have had vbulletin 3.8 for some time now on my server and yesterday tried to upgrade to 4.05. I was on the final update stage 5/6 (finalupgrade.php?step=5) and I click go to step 6, it loads then it tries to go to admincp/index.php. Once it goes to that is says 500 internal service error and doesn't fully complete. This is also true when I try to go to the main page, index.php or anything to do with vbulletin.

How do I fix this? What might be the problem? Please help!!!!!!!
