Nominate POTM/TOTM ??

[Ocean-Wonders]

Hi !

Just wondering if anyone new of a plug in/template edit that would allow users to nominate a thread or a post for post or thread of the month/week/day ?

Really want something along the lines of above but I can't find anything.

Thanks in advance
