Need help changing the color of a font on a menu in my templates

the highlighted text is black im assuming, cause I cant see it unless I highlight this. under what section on my style manager could I change this? i see all the html colors, just not sure which one this is.

the other place im having this problem is here:



im assuming the text and bg are both white. how can i change the text here to black?
