Allow users to change Threads Title

Is that possible?
I tried the mod "First post editable indefinitely", but it doesn't allow users to edit the title, only the content..

vboptions > Message Posting and Editing Options > Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title > make that number really, really large (0 means no editing).
