Thoughts on peoples initial feelings once going to the site? Does it feel like a news site? Or something else?

I like it
Looks bit like a blog/new site aye
one thing i didnt like tho is
the wordpress is Red and your forums is Blue (links that is)

Style is way too big for those on smaller resolutions like 1024x768 and far too dark to read anything in bright sunshine ...
