Hi there, would you please point me, how to make forum users to use strong password?

vBulletin has got a function for this.
go to /admincp/passwordcheck.php

Thank you, I meant, is there is any possibility, that during the registration and change of password says, your password must be: 6 characters long; low case , capitals and digits? And won't let to use the forum unless chosen password is strong enough
