Advertising Box Question

What is the HTML code to put the object on the bottom of the advertising box rather than the top? Right now on the "Header" advertising option it puts the advertisement on the very top left corner of the selected area.

So how can I move it to the bottom? What is the code? I know to center it you use <center>, but I am not familiar with the bottom.

Also, is there a code to justify?
