Hello. I am just about done with creating my first skin in photoshop. My question is, how do I go about cutting it so that I can put it on the forum. What do I need to do, which areas need to be edited.

Really hard to say "what" needs done without seeing the actual design. Using <div>'s in the appropriate locations will probably accomplish what your looking for. Where to place these all depends on you template.
