Upgrade Issues 3.7-4.0
Hello All,
We just completed a migration to a new server and upgraded to 4.0. The upgrade completed without an error, but we now get this display. Any suggestions? Thanks! We have not changed the DNS yet, so this is on our new server in test mode. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Hoping it is simple. . . |

Looks like a CSS issue.. Are the style files loading properly?? Do a view source and see if the CSS files are linked correctly (if stored as files)
Change CSS to inline and try as well.. |

When I saw this in a test install it was caused by a '/' being added to the domain name under the "site name/url/contact details" page in the VBulletin Options admin.
Try checking that. If not, try right-clicking on one of the images and viewing its properties. Where's the URL for it leading? That'll help you troubleshoot the problem. |

Disable your hacks, when the style returns to normal, re-enable your hacks and then proceed to disable them 1 at a time, if you have spell hack installed, disable it first, so you dont waste a lot of time.
