No more 3 Threads a day

Hi

I need 2 mods for vBulletin 4.0.x

1) Allow users to post no more than 3 new threads a day
2) Mod to change [code] tag to space or [qoute] tag. Or disable code tags

You're not gonna get anywhere with that. Busy forums have people making 20 threads a day.

You can't edit the default BBCodes installed in vBulletin.
