Trouble with 'instant' email notifications to subscribed threads?
<a href="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2066944" target="_blank">https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2066944</a>
One user mentioned he doesn't get notifications at all, and I had been getting notified of every post, even if their were multiple posts to the same thread- it says I should only get the first notification and not additional until I visit the thread, but I was getting them every time- it's been like this forever for me, since I started using the subscriptions feature months ago... this could really bog down your email system if it's happening to everyone. (not to mention annoy users). |

can't say I've experienced that problem myself.

If a member does not get the notifications, then he should check his spam settings.

I subscribed to this yesterday as a test and only got notified once when BSMedia posted.
Just an FYI, but if you use the Mark all Read option, I think you will get notifications again, just as if you have visited the thread. |

I don't use 'mark all read' but if it's only happening to me no big deal I guess.
