Technical Problem

hello

I was running on mybb Forums. but now I am trying to convert it on
vbulletin. I have Converted successfully, but got one problem I am having an
urdu language forum and the language was in unicode.

Now the posts that were in English format are imported successfully. but
those urdu unicode post are converted to ?????????? in question mark form.
Do I need any kind of fonts or utf8 to covert those ???? question marks in
to unicode urdu again Please Help!

And another problem is that I am have imported the all the posts perfectly
the vb statistics is also showing the same but when I go into forums the
threads don't show up in the same figure as they were. Anyhow I can see them
in similar thread.

Any solution you can provide me Please?
