Your suggested way is the actual design. Do you reverted all templates? Which browser do you have this?

i revert all templates and i use firefox 3.6.6

the problem occur only in usercp

Was this fix reverted in 2.2.0? I'm getting this problem when viewing the subscribed issues in my usercp.

My templates are default and has been reverted.
