Default Turning Qutoes off?
Is there a way to turn quotes off in one area of vbulletin? I have a forum where I don't want to allow quotes but have not been able to find anything that would stop that. Anyone know?

Allow BB Code = No

This is the only way i can think of as quotes i think is BB-Code
