Move inactive threads to another forum

I am looking for a mod that would let me set a 'to be moved' flag on a thread. Mods or admins could choose from a drop down box (by default "do not move") of all available forums... if a thread is tagged to be moved then each night a scheduled task will run and move the thread to the specified forum if it has been inactive (no new posts) within the last x hours. (I'm thinking 24 to 36 hours, adjustable of course). In admin cp would be the option for the inactivity time and also for the type of move: no redirection/perm redirection/expiring redirection.

I think this could prove to be very popular. If you must make a light version which limits the number of threads queued to be moved and a premium version that allows unlimited moves.:up:
