At the footer of the forum, it shows

Try joining as a guest, what does it shows in the footer?
It might be saved as GMT +8 for you before you changed it to GMT +7 for the Forum. if that is the case for your username + all members then this SQL command will change it to GMT +7 for all your current members PHP Code:

I Just checked your site with: IE5.5, IE6, IE7, IE8, FF 2.x, FF 3.x, Safari & Opera
All are showing GMT +7 Problem is not with your board, check your browser settings. Cheers. |

Safari still showing GMT+8 on the site ; I disabled all the extensions but still no go I wonder whether it has anything to do with my Net connection |

Never heard of your net connection setting time.
There are atleast maybe 2-5 places change your timezone. Options > Date & Time > For guests and newly regiestered users Edit options > Time Zone - For registered users Others, i wouldn't know. |
