Default Disable Uploading Images
When you click on the picture bbcode button for vB4, it brings up a browse button to allow you to upload images from your computer. Is there any way to get rid of that since my hosting account has a maximum file limit? Also, on the URL tab of the pop-up that comes up when clicking on the bbcode button for pictures, there is a check that asks if you want to "Retrieve remote file and reference locally". Is there a way to remove this also? This just makes the picture smaller and it doesn't look good. Thanks in advance!

How could I just make it like this website?
