How do I move the "Sub-Forums" section to the bottom of the page under the "Title/Thread Starter" section? It's currently defaulted to show above, and I can't seem to figure out how to move it... if possible.

You'd have to edit FORUMDISPLAY Template

can you tell me how to get to the FORUMDISPLAY template from the admincp in order to edit it?

(my first time using vbulletin, and can't seem to find it in the user manual)
