How to Change Rep Power and add a Rep Power page

[Boko577]

How can I change a user's rep power?

Also, on this website, they have a certain link you can go to to find your rep power so users don't have to ask admins. How could I do the same?

Is there a way to make a page though? Another site did, so it must be possible...
