Good afternoon, was wondering if anyone could tell me how you ban IP addresses and IP address ranges, thank you.

Copy the IP you want to ban then go to
AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Banning Options

and read on

- There's more info about ranges and stuff in the info panels underneath the setting name. Also might want to click the little (?) icon on the right side for additional info.
