i got problem sending mails?

hello .. ia have vbulletin 3.8.2 i have problem send users mails and activation mails some of our users not recieving any mails please guide me to fix this problem i still have 3000 members without activation.

Probably getting send to their junk folder.

Perhaps turn email activation off?
